Patriots Wednesday Week 4 injury report: Two starters out for practice

The New England Patriots returned to the practice field on Wednesday to prepare for their upcoming Week 4 game against the Carolina Panthers.

Rookie guard Jared Wilson and veteran edge rusher K’Lavon Chaisson were both listed as non-participants at the practice. Meanwhile, All-Pro cornerback Christian Gonzalez was still a limited participant.

Patriots coach Mike Vrabel said the team plans on ramping up Gonzalez’s workload this week with the expectation that he will play in Sunday’s game. On the Panthers’ side, they were missing both wide receivers, Tetairoa McMillan and Xavier Legette, at practice.
