Kalen DeBoer is aware of the hoodie talk. He’s heard it everywhere, he said. From his Alabama football players. From his family, specifically his daughters.
So the question looms. As Alabama approaches a possible black out against Georgia on the road in Athens, will DeBoer break out the black hoodie again against the Bulldogs?
“We’re wearing white, so I definitely won’t be wearing white,” DeBoer said on “Hey Coach” Wednesday, Sept. 24. “I wear a contrasting color. … More than likely, with it being a night game, I think it’ll probably be that.”
According to Tuscaloosa News columnist Chase Goodbread, DeBoer is now 10-2 in the black hoodie, and 1-3 without it.
Alabama will kick off against Georgia at 6:30 p.m. CT Sept. 27 on ABC.
