UFC Fight Night 260 video: Tom Nolan's first submission ends wild war vs. Charlie Campbell

The UFC Fight Night 260 main card opened with a lightweight war, and it was Tom Nolan who emerged triumphant against Charlie Campbell.

After getting dropped early in the opening round at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, Nolan (10-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) bit down on his mouthpiece and got into all sorts of wild exchanges with Campbell (9-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC). He eventually got the back in the clinch, dragged it to the mat and locked in a rear-naked choke to force the tap at the 4:08 mark of Round 1.

After losing his UFC debut in January 2024, Nolan has now rattled off four consecutive victories, making the 25-year-old Australian one to watch at 155 pounds.

“I’d like to come back in probably March or onwards,” Nolan said in his post-fight interview with Paul Felder. “Australia, I love you, but let’s go international next time, hopefully.”
