After having a strong first half against the New York Jets, Tyreek Hill has suffered a major injury to open up the second half.

The Miami Dolphins star was carted off the field after getting injured on the Dolphins’ first drive of the second half.

Here are the latest updates on Hills’ status.

Is Tyreek Hill hurt?

Hill seemed to have suffered a major injury in Week 4 against the Jets.

The five-time All-Pro was carted off the field. He was in positive spirits, smiling and waving to the crowd. He was put on a wheelchair after he left the field.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Hill has a knee injury, and is being taken to a local hospital.

Schefter later reported that Hill suffered a dislocated knee.

A kneecap dislocation can lead to a return in about 6-8 weeks, while full recovery and sports participation may take several months. It depends on the severeness of Hill’s injury before there is a set timetable for his return.
