Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) is ranked No. 15 for a fourth consecutive week in the US LBM Coaches Poll. The Vols were ranked No. 18 in the preseason and No. 17 after Week 1.
Tennessee opened its 2025 football season with a, 45-26, win against Syracuse at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Vols have also recorded nonconference home wins over East Tennessee State and UAB.
Tennessee has played two SEC games and both contests were decided in overtime. Georgia defeated the Vols, 44-41 in overtime, during Week 3 and Tennessee was victorious, 41-34 in overtime, at Mississippi State in Week 5.
Tennessee will not play on Saturday in Week 6. The Vols have their first of two open dates this season. Tennessee will return to action on Oct. 11 versus Arkansas at Neyland Stadium.
Kickoff between the Vols and Razorbacks is slated for 4:15 p.m. EDT and will be televised by SEC Network.
