Texas A&M reveals new all-black uniform vs. Miss State with epic video

Ahead of No. 6 Texas A&M’s (4-0, 1-0 SEC) Week 6 home test vs. Mississippi State (4-1, 0-1 SEC) on Saturday night, the Aggies will unveil their new blackout uniforms that were assumed to look similar to last season’s blackout during the 38-23 comeback win over LSU. However, like every Thursday night, Texas A&M’s media team revealed its updated blackout look that will surely excite most of the fan base.

Around College Station, the blackout look has been more popular among the younger portion of the fan base. At the same time, the older Aggies have warmed up to the experimentation that has become a popular trend throughout the college football landscape. For the players, any chance to show off new digs in front of what should be a sold-out Kyle Field is always an adrenaline-pumping good time!

Over the past four weeks, Texas A&M’s media team has done an excellent job from a production standpoint with every uniform release. This time, the team featured starting quarterback Marcel Reed donning the new all-black script helmet, jersey, and pants, with a new feature being the classic ATM logo as a helmet bumper.

With flames bursting in the background, Marcel Reed’s jersey, showcasing a glimmering SEC logo and the updated script helmet, this new look might be the best alternative uniform the Aggies have ever unveiled.
