The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the New York Knicks for the second and final Abu Dhabi preseason game on Saturday morning as they look to see what they have in their younger pieces. Coach Nick Nurse is using the exhibition schedule to see what the roster can do and to get them ready for the regular season.
For the second straight game, the Sixers will start Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Kelly Oubre Jr., Dominick Barlow, and Adem Bona. Nurse wants to grow the Maxey-Edgecombe duo while also seeing if Bona can take the lead in the backup center battle against Andre Drummond, Johni Broome, and Jabari Walker.

Nurse would also like to see what he has in Barlow. The big man on a two-way deal had a solid showing in Thursday’s preseason opener against the Knicks and will look to show his versatility between the power forward and small forward spots.
Tip off is set for 11 a.m. EDT on Saturday from the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.
