Preseason bingo: what fans of the Boston Celtics should be watching for

What should we be watching for in the Boston Celtics preseason slate of games? The Celtics will kick off their 2025-26 regular season campaign as a retooling ball club, meaning there will be less established talent and younger, rising new prospects on the roster — and perhaps a lot less wins than in recent seasons by the end of the campaign.

Boston plays a pair of road games and a pair of home games afterward, starting with the Memphis Grizzlies on Oct. 8, followed by the Toronto Raptors on Oct. 10, then the Cleveland Cavaliers on Oct. 12, wrapping up with a rematch against the Raptors. What things should fans be keeping an eye on with this team?

The folks behind the “Green with Envy” YouTube channel put together a clip of what they think we should be looking for from this Boston team in preseason play. Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say.
