Defensive tackle Grover Stewart was listed on the Indianapolis Colts’ first injury report ahead of their Week 6 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals.
Here’s the latest injury news on Stewart and his status after Wednesday’s practice.
Grover Stewart injury update
Stewart would exit the Colts‘ Week 5 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders with a biceps injury. He did not return to the game.

Back on the practice field on Wednesday, Stewart was listed on the injury report, but he was a full participant. Of course, we have to see how the next two days unfold, but that is certainly a good sign for Sunday’s game.

Colts’ defensive tackle depth
Against the Raiders, Stewart tipped a Geno Smith pass that ended up being intercepted by Laiatu Latu. On the year, he’s logged four pressures, 19 tackles, and six run stops, according to PFF.
Stewart’s impact won’t always show up on the stat sheet, but the push he generates, the space he eats up, and the blockers he occupies helps open up opportunities for others within the Colts’ defensive front seven.
Behind Stewart and DeForest Buckner, Neville Gallimore and Adetomiwa Adebawore have been the next two up within the Colts’ defensive tackle rotation. Eric Johnson was inactive on Sunday.
