Manchester United Are Ready To Move In For This Juventus Wide Player: What Will He Bring To Old Trafford?

In a recent report, journalist Mark Brus mentioned that Manchester United are ready to move in for Juventus wide player Kenan Yildiz. It has been stated that the Red Devils would face competition in the form of Chelsea and Arsenal in pursuit of the Turkish talent next year.

Yildiz’s Great Start To This Serie A Season

Yildiz has made a superb start to this Serie A campaign after he put in a handful of impressive displays for Juve in the final third. The Turkish talent has been involved in eight matches for the Turin outfit this season, scoring two goals and securing four assists in multiple competitions.

The 20-year-old has proven his worth in the final third by averaging 2.10 shots per 90 minutes in Serie A. He has kept 41.7% of his shots on target. Yildiz was even accurate when distributing the ball in the opponent’s half, as evidenced by his pass success rate of 79.4% in the Italian top tier (stats via fbref.com).

His current contract at the Turin club will run out in the summer of 2029, which could make it tough for the Red Devils to sign him on a cut-price deal next year.

What Will Yildiz Bring To Manchester United?

Yildiz is proficient at finding some space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the eye to play some decisive passes in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.

The Turkish youngster is primarily a left-sided wide player but can also play as a striker or as a right-winger if asked to do so by his manager. However, there are some concerns over whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League if the Red Devils manage to snap him up next year.

We can expect Yildiz to bring more goals to Man United head coach Ruben Amorim’s frontline. He has the potential to be a success story at Old Trafford in the long run.

At 20, Yildiz has got a bright future ahead of him, which makes him a great choice for the Mancunian giants to pursue this January or at the end of this campaign.
