This week the Pittsburgh Steelers welcome the Cleveland Browns to Acrisure Stadium in the Steelers first AFC North game of the season. Pittsburgh comes off its bye week at 3-1 and on top in the division and the Browns are stuck in the basement at 1-4 and already starting a rookie quarterback.
The key to this game could be the health of the Steelers defense. Edge defender Alex Highsmith is set to return from his ankle injury, as is starting cornerback Joey Porter Jr., who missed time with a hamstring injury. But despite getting some guys back, the Steelers could still be minus another starter on defense.
Jalen Ramsey suffered a hamstring injury back in Week Four against the Minnesota Vikings and despite having a bye week was unable to practice on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. However, Ramsey was able to do a full workout on Friday and is only listed as questionable. Something of a remarkable recovery but more likely the holdout was only precautionary and Ramsey will end up being a game-time decision.
