Twitter reacts to Patriots beating Saints, earning third straight win

The New England Patriots picked up a third straight win by going into the Caesars Superdome and knocking off the New Orleans Saints in a 25-19 victory on Sunday.

It was another solid day at the office for second-year quarterback Drake Maye, who went 18-of-26 passing for 261 yards and three touchdowns. Maye was also the leading rusher for the Patriots with nine carries for 28 yards on the day.

It was a gutsy win against an underrated Saints team that has played most of their opponents tough. The Superdome is also one of the more difficult places to play at on the road for opposing teams. But none of it seemed to bother Maye and the Patriots, as they picked up their fourth win of the season to match their win total from last year.

There was some controversy in the game with the referees flagging New England on two questionable offensive pass interference penalties. Yet, despite the calls, the Patriots still found a way to survive on the road for a second straight week.
