Texans All-Pro CB Derek Stingley Jr. gets engaged to Annabella Campagna during bye week

Congratulations are in order for Houston Texans All-Pro cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. ahead of Monday’s matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

After securing a game to remember against the Baltimore Ravens, Stingley had a day to remember during the bye week when he proposed to his girlfriend Annabella Campagna over the weekend. The moment was captured on the couple’s Instagram post on Tuesday night, including photos and the event taking place on Oct. 10.

“10•10•25 The most perfect day to say yes for forever,” Campagna’s post read on Thursday.

Stingley began dating Campagna in 2023. Last season, he posted career numbers en route to helping the Texans win a second division title while earning first-team All-Pro honors. In March, Houston made Stingley the highest-paid defensive back on a three-year, $90 million extension, keeping him with the franchise through 2029.

The Texans take the field on Monday Night Football at Lumen Field.
