BATTLE CREEK — The fans have spoken.
And, this year, they are twice as loud.
New this year, the Battle Creek Enquirer Athletes of the Week, presented by Bronson Battle Creek Hospital, will have two winners. There will be a boys and a girls Athlete of the Week winner.

The winner of the latest Bronson Battle Creek/Enquirer Boys Athlete of the Week fan poll is Brady Conley of the Pennfield soccer team.
The winner of the latest Bronson Battle Creek/Enquirer Girls Athlete of the Week fan poll is Jocelyn Rolston of the Olivet girls golf team.
Boys Athlete of the Week – Brady Conley
Brady Conley helped Pennfield open the postseason on the right foot with a win. Pennfield defeated Onsted 8-1 in a Division 2 first-round district game. Brady Conley, a Panther captain, had four goals in the win.
“Brady is our senior captain and leading goal scorer with 22 goals and nine assists for the year. He was often man-marked and occasionally moved to defense to help against stronger teams. He had seven goals and two assists in our last three games of the season. Very intelligent and coachable player,” Pennfield soccer coach Jason Rahn said.
Girls Athlete of the Week – Jocelyn Rolston
Olivet’s Jocelyn Rolston qualified for the state finals for the third straight year with an historic performance at the Division 4 regionals at Cascades Golf Club. Rolston became the first regional champion in girls or boys golf at Olivet in the history of the school. Rolston had a round of 90.
“Jocelyn is a perfectionist in a sport that can never be perfect. That is why she is Olivet’s first ever golf regional champion in girls or boys golf, and 3-time state qualifier. She has put Olivet girls golf on the map for sure,” Olivet golf coach Eddie Collins said.
