Nebraska football predicted to flip Virginia wide receiver commit

Nebraska football received a crystal ball in its favor for 2026 three-star wide receiver Josiah Teasley. The crystal ball was put in by On3’s Bryan Munson on Sunday evening.

Teasley committed to Virginia on June 16. He is having a stellar senior season to this point, recording 24 receptions for 460 yards and five touchdowns for Quince Orchard High School in Maryland. He has also shown that he can run the football this year, recording 24 carries for 141 yards, according to statistics from Maxpreps.com

Currently, the 2026 Nebraska football recruiting class is on the smaller side. The class itself currently has 11 commitments overall. This class has a solid mix of talent, including two blue-chip prospects in cornered Danny Odem and offensive tackle Claude Mpouma.

Adding Teasley to the class would be beneficial, as his speed and ability to make things happen after the catch could fit well in this offense. It‘s flip season in the world of college football, and the Huskers have a chance to do just that.
