The Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers have gone back and forth in the first half of Sunday night’s prime-time matchup. Not a lot of scoring has taken place, with the Falcons currently trailing 7-3 in the second quarter with about one minute left.
Falcons linebacker Kaden Elliss took advantage of a deflected football and came down with a second-quarter interception of 49ers quarterback Mac Jones. While it stopped the San Francisco drive, the Falcons offense didn’t do anything with the interception and eventually punted it right back.
This led to the 49ers scoring their first touchdown of the game. Watch Elliss’ interception, as shared by the team’s social media account below.
