Two Nebraska volleyball players have won Big Ten weekly awards. Bergen Reilly was named Big Ten Co-Setter of the Week, and Rebekah Allick was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week.
This is the 12th time Reilly has won the conference setter of the week award and the third time this season. She hit .372 while averaging 10.67 assists and 2.17 digs in sweeps over Wisconsin and Oregon.
Allick was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week for the fourth time in her career and the second time this season. She totaled 11 blocks (1.83 per set) in Nebraska’s two victories while adding 2.00 kills per set on a .500 hitting percentage as well.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers (22-0, 12-0) will retake the court on Thursday when they host Illinois at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. The start time is 7 p.m. CT and can be seen on FS1.
