A stunning trade at the NFL deadline. The New York Jets have dealt elite cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts for a 2026 first-round pick, a 2027 first-round pick and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell. This would be the second huge pickup of a player who was a first-round pick by a Big Apple team for Indy. Former Giants first-rounder Daniel Jones has been a revelation for the Colts, who lead the AFC South at 7-2. The Jets have all of one win this season and Gardner goes from a last-place team to a first-place team. The bonus is a trip to Berlin, where the Colts play the Falcons in Week 10.
