In recent transfer windows, PSG have maintained a clear focus on building for the long term rather than pursuing short-term solutions. The club continue to target young talents with high potential instead of opting for quick fixes.
One of their key additions this year was Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli, a creative and dynamic forward, signed to strengthen an already promising young core. Kvaratskhelia joined Willian Pacho and João Neves, reinforcing PSG’s commitment to developing a sustainable project for the years ahead.
During the summer, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that agent Jorge Mendes had met with the family of Turkish forward Kenan Yildiz, whose value has steadily risen at Juventus. PSG, along with Manchester City and Chelsea, were reportedly weighing potential offers for the talented attacker. While a transfer didn’t materialize, top European clubs remain attentive to Yildiz’s progress.

TEAMtalk reported on Wednesday, citing sources, that Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea have been closely monitoring Yildiz’s development, and each club would be keen to make a move should the opportunity arise.
Moreover, that scenario could become a reality, as the young forward is reportedly set for a new contract following his rise in profile.

His current deal with Juventus is believed to be worth about €1.5 million annually (£1.3 million), or roughly £25,000 per week, which is below the market value for a player of his calibre. This has created uncertainty around his future in Turin.
The report adds that the apparent standoff between Yildiz and Juventus is partly due to ongoing structural changes at the club. With Luciano Spalletti recently appointed head coach and Marco Ottolini expected to become sporting director, contract talks are likely to resume once those roles are settled.
