Steelers veteran OL returns to practice after dealing with pectoral injury

After missing Week 10 with a pectoral injury, Pittsburgh Steelers veteran OL Isaac Seumalo returned to practice ahead of this Sunday’s matchup vs. the Cincinnati Bengals.

Seumalo practiced in a limited fashion on both Wednesday and Thursday, a positive development after missing the entirety of practice last week — resulting in him being ruled out against the Chargers on Sunday Night Football.

Seumalo suffered his pectoral injury against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8, but managed to log two practice sessions as a limited participant the following week and was active against the Indianapolis Colts.

Barring any setbacks, Seumalo has a pretty good shot at returning against the Bengals after missing just one game — a much-needed veteran presence on one of the league’s youngest offensive lines.

We at Steelers Wire are committed to providing you updates on Seumalo’s condition as we inch ever closer to the Steelers’ divisional matchup against the Bengals — an important AFC North clash with major playoff implications as the second half of the season continues on.
