Korn Ferry Tour announces 2026 schedule, featuring 2 new events, 10 televised tournaments

The Korn Ferry Tour has announced its 2026 season schedule, and there’s plenty of changes on the docket.

The 36th season in KFT history will feature 25 tournaments in seven countries and 15 states, with the season beginning in the Bahamas in January and ending in Virginia at The Federal Club, a new host site for the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, in October.

“As the primary pathway for reaching the PGA our, the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour schedule underscores our ongoing commitment to growth and opportunity,” Korn Ferry Tour President Alex Baldwin said in a release. “With two exciting new tournaments, new host venues and a refreshed cadence leading into the Korn Ferry Tour Finals, this season represents both continuity and innovation for our members and fans.”

Ten events will be televised, including all of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals tournaments. The final three tournaments of the year will see a change in field sizes to align with the adjustments to the eligibility system and Priority Ranking for 2027. The Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation will feature the top 156 players in the Korn Ferry Tour points list, then comes the 132-player Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship before the penultimate 100-player Compliance Solutions Championship.

Players who finish 61-100 on the Korn Ferry Tour points list will retain conditional membership for the 2027 Korn Ferry Tour season. The season will conclude with the top 60 players teeing it up at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, which takes place at a new venue: The Federal Club in Glen Allen, Virginia.

In addition to a new venue for the final event of the year, there are two new tournaments on the schedule: The Colonial Life Charity Classic will make its debut May 14-17 at The Woodcreek Club in Elgin, South Carolina, while the OccuNet Classic will be contested June 11-14 at Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas.

There is one less event on the schedule in 2026 compared to 2025. Also, three events on the 2025 schedule are not returning next year: The Veritex Bank Championship in Arlington, Texas, the Advent Health Championship in Kansas City, Missouri, and the Kansas Wichita Open in Wichita, Kansas.
