The draw for the UEFA play-offs to reach the 2026 World Cup has been made in Zurich.
Twelve group winners (Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Belgium, England and Croatia) have already booked their ticket to North America next summer – leaving four more places up for grabs.
The group runners-up plus four Nations League winners will compete in one-legged semi-finals before advancing to a play-off final to determine to will make up the last UEFA representatives to qualify.
The full draw is as follows:
Italy/Northern Ireland v Wales/Bosnia and Herzegovina
Ukraine/Sweden v Poland/Albania
Türkiye/Romania v Slovakia/Kosovo
Denmark/North Macedonia v Czechia/Republic of Ireland
The fixtures will take place at the end of March 2026.
