Most Valuable Promotions confirmed six fights on Friday for the Dec. 19 Netflix-streamed Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua undercard.

Leading the supporting cast is Alycia Baumgardner’s unified WBA, WBO and IBF super featherweight title defense against Leila Beaudoin. The bout will be contested over 12 three-minute rounds, rather than the standard 10 two-minute rounds used in women’s boxing.

It’s back-to-back Netflix appearances for Baumgardner (16-1, 7 KOs), Uncrowned’s No. 6 pound-for-pound boxer, who outpointed Jennifer Miranda on the Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano 3 undercard in July to retain her then-undisputed title. Baumgardner vacated her WBC strap in September because the sanctioning body does not support three-minute rounds for women.

Canada’s Beaudoin (13-1, 2 KOs) takes a big leap up in competition as she competes for her first world title. She has won four fights in a row since losing her unbeaten record to journeywoman Elizabeth Chavez Espinoza in 2023. The streak includes a rematch with Espinoza and a career-best win over Elhem Mekhaled this past June.

Elsewhere on the bill, ex-UFC champions Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley clash in an 195-pound catchweight contest over six rounds.

Silva, 50, owned the UFC middleweight championship from 2006 to 2013 in the longest running title reign in the promotion’s history.

Silva (3-2, 2 KOs) has had three boxing matches in recent years. The Brazilian defeated former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in 2021 by split decision and followed it up with a first-round KO of ex-UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz later that year. Silva, however, was defeated by Jake Paul over eight rounds in his last ring appearance in October 2022.

Woodley (0-2), who held the UFC welterweight title from 2016 to 2019, had back-to-back fights with Paul in 2021. “The Chosen One” dropped a split decision to Paul in August of that year before being on the wrong end of a Knockout of the Year contender in the December rematch.

Also on the card, New Zealand’s Cherneka Johnson puts her undisputed bantamweight crown on the line against Canada’s Amanda Galle.

Johnson (18-2, 8 KOs), then-IBF champion, stopped Shurretta Metcalf on the Taylor vs. Serrano 3 undercard to dethrone Metcalf of her WBA title and pick up the vacant WBC and WBO belts too.

Galle (12-0-1, 1 KO) claimed the IBO bantamweight championship with a majority decision win over Niorkis Carreno this past December. Last time out, she dominated Alondra Hernandez Mendoza on MVP’s September card in Montreal.

In preliminary action, Yokasta Valle (33-3, 10 KOs) defends her WBC strawweight strap against Yadira Bustillos (11-1, 2 KOs), Avious Griffin (17-1, 16 KOs) looks to rebound from his upset loss to Julian Rodriguez when he faces Justin Cardona (10-1, 5 KOs) in a welterweight matchup, and Keno Marley — a 2020 Olympian for Brazil — makes his debut against Diarra Davis Jr. (2-1, 1 KO) in a four-round cruiserweight bout.
