Steelers' Patrick Queen voices frustration after Week 12 loss to Bears

LB Patrick Queen, one of the leaders of the Pittsburgh Steelers‘ defense, is fed up with how things have played out so far this season — with tensions reaching an all-time high following the loss to the Chicago Bears.

Following the Week 12 loss, Queen shared one of the biggest frustrations with the current state of the team — especially when it pertains to defense.

“Just knowing what’s coming and us not doing nothing about it,” Queen said via ESPN’s Brooke Pryor. “You hear guys talking all over the field, communicating what’s coming and play still happens. It is tough.”

There were definitely some communication issues in the Week 12 loss to the Bears, especially pertaining to Chicago’s third-quarter touchdown where WR D.J. Moore was wide open on a 26-yard score in the middle of the field.

Queen’s frustrations match those of Steelers fans who bought into the “historic” defense hype sold by HC Mike Tomlin, only to watch the highest-paid unit fall flat more often than not.
