The president of Halesowen Town Football Club has died after falling ill at a match.
Colin Brookes attended the game against Stratford Town FC on Tuesday night where he fell sick and did not recover despite medical efforts.
In a statement, the club said: ” Everyone who knew him would know that if he had chosen a way to go, it would have been watching his beloved Yeltz and a quick passing.
“Our thoughts are with Karen and the family and all their friends at this time.”
