The Buffalo Bills have been busy making roster moves ahead of the Week 13 matchup vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers — signing a talented wideout and releasing another.
Following the signing of 12-year veteran WR Brandin Cooks, the Bills have waived WR Elijah Moore, who’s caught nine passes for 112 yards this season.

Selected by the New York Jets with the 34th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Moore played just two seasons in the league before he was traded to the Cleveland Browns. After two seasons with Cleveland, Moore signed a one-year deal with Buffalo in April 2025.
Once Moore clears waivers, he’s free to sign with any NFL team — including a return to the Bills’ practice squad or even the receiver-needy Steelers, but the latter may be wishful thinking.
