It’s the final week of the regular season, sadly, but that means it’s time for the most important Obligatory Bet Against UNC Of The Week Of The Day Of The Year. NC State is a seven-point favorite to beat the Tar Heels and Bill Belichick, whose joints are going to need an extra can of oil in this weather. SP+ likes the Pack by nine, which sounds just dandy to me.

Ohio State -10 vs. Michigan: I like the Buckeyes’ defense to carry the day on a frigid afternoon in Ann Arbor, though if Michigan has another upset in it, that wouldn’t be a terrible surprise given the recent history here.
Clemson +2.5 vs. South Carolina: South Carolina has been piling up disappointments all season, so what’s one more to cap off a bad year? This is South Carolina’s bowl game, basically, but I’ll take Dabo’s boys to overcome the circumstances and nab a win late.
Kentucky +1.5 vs. Louisville: Louisville apparently has no healthy scholarship running backs, and Miller Moss hurt a foot in the weight room somehow, and that’s just how it’s gone for the Cards as they’ve watched a promising season get away from them.
Florida State moneyline vs. Florida: On the one hand, a Florida State team that’s been bad on the road. On the other, the headless corpse of Florida football, which is not going to end up with Lane Kiffin. Really, this could go either way. Give me the Noles in a 17-9 eye-bleeder.
Wake Forest vs. Duke -1.5: Wake Forest’s stout defense has been one of the biggest surprises in the ACC and should keep this game close well into the game’s late stages, but that offense, though. Tough to bet on that offense.
