A day after Louisville women’s basketball’s big win over New Hampshire, it stayed at the No. 22 spot in the latest AP Top 25, released on Monday.
Three days prior to the 94-43 victory, UofL lost to third-ranked South Carolina, 79-77, in the ACC/SEC Challenge. The Cardinals are now 1-2 in the challenge after producing a win over Ole Miss in 2023 and a loss to Oklahoma in 2024. The SEC won this year’s challenge, 13-3.
UofL has a 9 p.m. tipoff against Ball State at home on Thursday before traveling to No. 12 North Carolina on Sunday.
