Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton is ready for Sunday’s matchup against the New England Patriots. He also knows the challenge that the Ravens defense faces going up against quarterback Drake Maye.
Maye is looking to bounce back from a rough performance against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. He did rush for two touchdowns, but he also went 14-of-23 passing for 155 yards, no touchdowns and one interception. His 60.9 completion percentage was his lowest of the season.
Even still, the second-year signal-caller is having a tremendous year, throwing for 3,567 yards, 23 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
“[Maye] can hurt you just as much with his legs as he can with his arm, so, big props to him,” Hamilton told reporters. “I know he’s in the MVP conversation, all deservingly so, he’s had a great year… Probably going to be a problem in the league for a long time, so excited to go up against him and their team this Sunday.”

The chess match between Maye and the Ravens’ defense will be fun to watch.
Baltimore has shown significant improvement on the defensive side of the ball later in the season. Can the Patriots start fast and keep the momentum going for all four quarters? The answer to that question might ultimately decide the outcome of the game.
