Former offensive lineman turned NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger believes there’s one key need for the Baltimore Ravens in order to unlock RB Derrick Henry’s potential — and the Pittsburgh Steelers need to pay close attention.
On Thursday, Baldinger pointed out Henry’s struggles against Pittsburgh out of the pistol formation, but highlighted how efficiently the Ravens ran the ball out of the I-formation, calling for Baltimore to let All-Pro fullback Patrick Ricard lead the way.

A six-time Pro Bowler, Ricard has been a bane in Pittsburgh’s side, particularly by playing a big role in some of Baltimore’s biggest rushing performances against the Steel City brand of football.
To defeat the Ravens in Week 18, the Steelers should prepare for a heavy dose of Ricard and attack the talented fullback at the gap before he can truly get Henry free.
