Oregon Ducks DT Terrance Green to enter transfer portal

On Sunday afternoon, three of the Oregon Ducks starting defensive linemen — Teitum Tuioti, Matayo Uiagalelei, and A’Mauri Washington — announced that they would be returning for the 2026 season, offering a major boost to the Ducks‘ future championship odds.

However, it has caused a significant ripple in Oregon’s depth on the defensive line.

In the past 48 hours, a total of seven defensive linemen have announced that they are leaving Eugene via the transfer portal, the latest of whom is redshirt sophomore DL Terrance Green. In 2025, Green played a significant role on the line, playing in all 15 games and racking up 15 tackles and one tackle for loss. While Green’s stats may not be up there with the best defenders on the team, he was a valuable rotational player who saw a lot of snaps throughout the season.

Green played for three seasons with the Ducks and had 22 tackles, three TFLs, and one sack. The former 4-star recruit will have two years of eligibility remaining at his next school.
