Wilson Isidor (25) has been the subject of an approach from Paris FC, Romain Molina understands. However, the Frenchman will not join the Ligue 1 club, the journalist adds.

Paris FC are keen on adding attacking reinforcements this month in order to avoid being dragged into a relegation battle during the second half of the season. There have been many targets, including Sidiki Chérif, the subject of interest from Crystal Palace. It is thought that the SCO Angers forward favours a move abroad, and so Les Parisiens have reportedly withdrawn from a deal.

Isidor has now emerged as a target, with a bid worth neary €25m sent to Sunderland. However, a deal will not happen, with manager Stéphane Gilli not keen to sign a forward at such expense. Olympique de Marseille’s Neal Maupay is heavily linked with a move to the Stade Jean Bouin. The former Brentford striker is playing a peripheral role at OM.
