Bayern Munich began an exciting trend where they would call up some players from the youth ranks and give them a chance to prove themselves among the big boys. For Filip Pavić and Xaver Pucci, the two campus players have inked a new deal to extend their stay in Bavaria:

#FCBU17 – Talents Filip #Pavić & Xaver #Pucci have extended their contracts with #FCBayern ✍️✅
According to Transfermarkt, Pavić, born in 2010 and part Croatian, is a right-footed defender that can play in the center, on the right, and as a defensive midfielder (like if Josip Stanišić was like Joshua Kimmich during his early career). Pucci, born in 2009 and part Italian, is a left-footed defender that can play as a center back too and as a left-back (like Hiroki Itō and perhaps Paolo Maldini in his playing days).
These two are interesting prospects who, having earned a contract extension, shows that the club sees their potential to become world beaters. If the play their cards right, then they could soon be part of the senior team.
