Jan. 26—MINNEAPOLIS — The Northern Revival 16s volleyball team took third place at the Big City Luau in the Twin Cities over the weekend in the Gold Division.

Northern Revival beat ClubRedVB out of Wisconsin in straight sets, then lost to AVC in straight sets to close pool play. After losing to MN Select 16-Black in the first round of elimination play, Northern Revival beat Club Velocity for third place.

Northern Revival is made up of high school players from Bemidji, Cloquet, South Ridge, Hermantown, Duluth Denfeld and Grand Rapids.
