SAN DIEGO — The Los Angeles Clippers will have a presence on the All-Star stage this February, as forward Yanic Niederhouser was selected to represent the organization in the NBA G League Rising Stars showcase during All-Star Weekend.

The honor highlights Niederhouser’s rapid development within the Clippers’ system. He has been a standout for the San Diego Clippers, averaging 14.7 points, 10 rebounds and 1.4 assists while shooting 57.1% from the field, establishing himself as one of the organization’s premier prospects. His performance has also earned him opportunities at the NBA level, where he has appeared in 26 games with Los Angeles this season, averaging 3.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 0.3 assists on 64.8% shooting. That includes a career-high 16 points in a January 14 game against the Washington Wizards where he shot 100% from the field and had five revounds and two assists as well. His Rising Stars selection is a milestone in a season that has seen him grow into a reliable two-way presence for the Clippers’ system, showcasing both scoring and defensive potential against some of the league’s top young talent.

While Niederhouser’s spotlight highlights the organization’s rising talent, the Clippers also made a splash by adding NBA experience to their roster. The team acquired former lottery pick Cam Reddish from the Austin Spurs in exchange for the Clippers’ 2027 first-round draft pick.

Reddish, 26, brings proven NBA production and wing versatility. He appeared in 33 games with the Los Angeles Lakers last season before being waived and has played in 316 career NBA games, making 169 starts with stops in Atlanta, New York, Portland and Los Angeles. Across his career, he averages 8.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 steals in 23.1 minutes per game, scoring in double figures 97 times, including 20 games of 20-plus points and two with 30-plus, while recording multiple steals in 70 contests.

With Niederhouser earning All-Star Weekend recognition and Reddish joining the Clippers’ system, the organization now boasts both a rising prospect and an established NBA talent in the spotlight as the season progresses. Reddish will make his Clipper debut on Friday, January 30 against the College Park Skyhawks.
