Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater Mansion Set To Hit the Market for $11 Million—6 Months After Wrestler Died at the Home

Famed wrestler Hulk Hogan‘s sprawling Florida home is set to hit the market for just under $11 million, six months after the father of two passed away from cardiac arrest inside the property.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at his Clearwater, FL, home in July 2025, months after he had undergone multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.

After Hogan’s death, it was revealed that his son, Nick Hogan, had been named as the sole heir to his fortune—however, the wrestler’s Clearwater compound, which includes two separate dwellings, was not included in the assets left to his younger child.

Property records show that both homes, which Hogan purchased several years apart, are registered to an LLC linked to the wrestler and his ex-wife, Jennifer.

The smaller of the two properties, a cottage that sits adjacent to Hogan’s primary residence, is not part of the listing, which includes only the larger abode. The sports star purchased it for $3.3 million in 2012—three years after he split from his first spouse, Linda.

That home, which features five bedrooms and spans 5,400 square feet, will officially be put on the market on Feb. 2. The listing is held by Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty.

Described as one of “Clearwater Beach’s most coveted waterfront estates,” the property sits directly on “sugar-white sands,” providing instant access to the gulf and stunning views from every room.

Those same vistas can also be enjoyed from the expansive outdoor living spaces, which span 1,500 square feet and include a covered seating area that overlooks the stunning pool and spa.

The dwelling itself boasts the most “refined” finishes, according to a description provided to Realtor.com®, including “teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.”

Of the five bedrooms in the abode, the primary suite is undoubtedly the home’s crown jewel, featuring its own private terrace overlooking the gulf, an intimate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet—and a luxurious spa-inspired bathroom complete with an enormous soaking tub.

The adjacent cottage, which was purchased by Hogan for $1.6 million in 2016, is not included in the sale because it is currently in the process of being “separated out to a separate tax ID,” according to information provided to Realtor.com.

It’s unclear whether that dwelling will be put on the market at a later date.

Hogan was understood to have been living at the larger of his two Clearwater properties with his third wife, Sky, when he passed away.

Around six weeks after his death, his son Nick, 35, filed documents asking to be named as the co-personal representative of his father’s estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy, as first reported by Us Weekly. The court signed off on his request.

In that filing, Nick claimed that his father had a sizable fortune when he died, including $200,000 worth of cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and his right to publicity, which is valued at $4 million.

This did not include the two Clearwater properties, which had an estimated total value of $11 million when Hogan died, according to Realtor.com.

Additionally, Nick mentioned a potential medical malpractice lawsuit that is believed to refer to a case that his father’s third wife, Sky, was reportedly planning to launch against a surgeon who operated on the wrestler’s neck in May 2025. As yet, no lawsuit has been filed.

Furthermore, the court filing noted that Hogan’s will was originally executed in 2016, and several amendments were then made in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July 2023, when he removed his daughter, Brooke, as a beneficiary.

Brooke and her father had been estranged for some time in the lead-up to his death—however her husband, Steve Oleksy, told Us Weekly that she had done her utmost to “uphold her dad’s best interests” during that time.

He added that the bulk of Hogan’s fortune had come from a lawsuit filed against the news website Gawker, which leaked portions of a sex tape made by the wrestler in 2013. That tape featured comments made by Hogan about his daughter and a former boyfriend.

In 2016, Hogan was awarded $31 million in damages as a result of the leak, and Oleksy said that Brooke wanted to make no claim to any share of the money that had come from that settlement, even after her father’s death.

“That money does not represent accomplishments in the ring—the majority of it came at the expense of my wife’s dignity,” Oleksy told Us Weekly in July. “It was built on hurtful comments about her and her past relationship, which caused pain not only to her, but to many other families.

“While one life was positively changed forever from a financial standpoint, the true victims never received a direct apology—and, despite the life-altering embarrassment, they never received or asked for a single dollar in compensation.”

He added: “No amount of money can erase that pain or restore what was taken.”

Soon after her father’s death, Brooke herself opened up about how their relationship had crumbled—explaining that their rift was not the result of a “big fight,” but rather a cumulation of hurtful conversations and interactions over a span of several years.

“My father and I never ‘fought.’ It was a series of phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand,” she wrote on Instagram, noting that she and her husband moved down to Florida so that she could be closer to her father—only for the wrestler to begin cutting her out of his life.

“Everything started getting covered in a thick veil. It was like there was a force field around him that I couldn’t get through,” she explained.

“During the last two years, I had to step away to protect my heart.”
