The NFC West is undergoing changes. There are major coaching changes for every team.
Every team is replacing at least one coordinator.
What is happening in the NFC West with their coaching staffs?
Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals have a new head coach, hiring former Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur. Nathaniel Hackett replaces Drew Petzing as offensive coordinator. They have not decided on a defensive coordinator.
LA Rams
The Rams lost LaFleur to the Cardinals and now are searching for a new offensive coordinator. They have in-house candidates, and former Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury is joining Sean McVay’s offensive staff in some capacity.
San Francisco 49ers
Former defensive coordinator Robert Saleh was hired to be the Tennessee Titans‘ head coach. They replaced him with Raheem Morrs, the former Atlanta Falcons head coach and former Rams defensive coordinator.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks must find a new offensive coordinator. Klint Kubiak was hired as the Las Vegas Raiders head coach. They will have a different offensive coordinator for the third consecutive season under head coach Mike Macdonald.
