Trump’s EPA reversal
President Trump said he is “terminating” the legal finding that the EPA has relied on since 2009 to limit greenhouse gases that it said endanger people’s health. “Fossil fuels have saved millions of lives,” he said. Major environmental groups are expected to sue. [NBC News]
DHS shutdown looms
The DHS is likely to run out of funding today after Congress failed to strike a deal and left Capitol Hill for recess. The shortfall will leave thousands working without pay. It won’t affect ICE, which is set to leave Minnesota along with other federal agencies. [ABC News/USA Today]

Nic Cage returns as Spider-Noir
After previously voicing the animated Spider-Noir, Nicolas Cage is now swinging into the live-action Spider-Verse. Prime Video dropped the trailer for Spider-Noir, out May 27, in which the Oscar winner plays the 1930s private investigator with a shadowy past. Watch it. [Variety]
