Real Madrid attacker Endrick —who’s now playing for Olympique Lyon on a loan deal which will expire at the end of the season— talked to the press and shared his thoughts on his first few weeks in the Ligue 1 and his future in the Spanish capital.

“Mbappé and Camavinga told me that Ligue 1 was a good league and that it was very aggressive. They strongly recommended that I sign with Lyon because it is a great team. I appreciate their good advice,” he said.

Endrick is set to return to Real Madrid and play a more prominent role next season.

“I hope to see Vinicius and Mbappé again someday to win the Champions League and other titles,” he added.

The Brazilian forward is hoping to keep his good form going and make Carlo Ancelotti’s list for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

“I hope to do great things with Olympique Lyonnais and, God willing, go to the World Cup to help Brazil,” he concluded.
