The insights to Siri and iOS 27 were useful. However you need to make a distinction between Siri on iOS 27 and Siri Apple Intelligence on iOS 27. Many iPhone users don’t have phones that will support Apple Intelligence. You might add that anyone that wants Apple Intelligence and needs a new phone should go ahead and buy one before September.

When was the last time you searched for anything on Support.Apple(dot)Com. Type a search request longer than two words and you would get a list of articles that had nothing to do with the context of your quest for information. This is where, Apple should be applying some of its AI effort.
