Texas A&M WR lands NIL deal after explosive start to the 2025 season

NIL is still in its infancy, and it will continue to evolve until a universal standard is established. For now, however, players are fully capitalizing on the opportunity to earn income while putting their bodies on the line week after week. One of the breakout stars doing just that is SEC-leading Texas A&M wide receiver “Super” Mario Craver.

All eyes were on the Aggies’ aerial attack heading into the season, with questions swirling around Marcel Reed’s development and the arrival of proven playmaker KC Concepcion. That attention was warranted, but if you had told longtime A&M fans that sophomore WR Mario Craver would rank third nationally in receiving yards after four weeks, they might’ve double-checked the injury reports.

Craver’s electrifying ability to score from anywhere on the field has transformed the Aggie passing game into one of the most formidable in the country, and the spotlight is growing. Even sponsors are taking notice.

On Monday, Pete Nakos of On3 announced that Craver had inked a NIL deal with Beats by Dre. Still just a sophomore, Craver is already making waves across the college football landscape. If he maintains this blistering pace, expect even more suitors to line up with NIL offers.
