The Kansas City Chiefs may have Xavier Worthy back in their starting lineup in Week 4 when they face the Baltimore Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium on September 28.
Worthy, who was injured after a collision with tight end Travis Kelce in Kansas City’s Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, was expected to be a top contributor to the Chiefs’ offense this season before missing most of the team’s September matchups.
According to ESPN Senior NFL Insider Adam Schefter, Worthy was a full participant in Kansas City’s latest practice session on Wednesday and is considered to be “on track” to play against the Ravens on Sunday.

Though the official timeline for Worthy’s return remains unclear, his return to full participation at practice is welcome news for Chiefs fans as Kansas City prepares to face Baltimore this weekend.
Stay tuned to find out if the former Texas Longhorn will play against the Ravens, or if Chiefs head coach Andy Reid will decide that Worthy needs more time to recover from his injury.
