Michigan State football's top five defenders per PFF's rankings

Michigan State football suffered their third consecutive loss on Saturday afternoon, getting blown out against UCLA, 38-13.

Unfortunately, the Spartans defensive performance against the Bruins was pretty disappointing, considering the momentum they built against Nebraska last week, but the performance this week was simply not good enough.

With the up and down performances coming week after week, it will be interesting to see how the Spartans perform in the coming weeks.

After looking at the film, and evaluating the game, Pro Football Focus (Subscription Required) gave out their grades for the Spartans in the game.

Here are the top five defensive players in the game:
