Buccaneers left guard Ben Bredeson will not return to Tampa Bay’s Week 10 matchup against the New England Patriots with a hamstring injury. The injury appeared to occur during the Bucs extra point attempt following their opening drive touchdown.
Backup guard Mike Jordan replaced Bredeson on the next drive.
The Buccaneers’ offensive line has been riddled with injuries all season. All-Pro left tackle Tristan Wirfs missed the start of the season after off-season knee surgery, then right tackle Luke Goedeke went down with a foot injury that robbed him of six games this season. Tampa Bay has also been without right guard Cody Mauch since Week 3 after he was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury.

The Bucs signed Jordan to the active roster last month. He started three games this season at right guard as an elevation from the practice squad early in the season. With backup Dan Feeney starting at right guard today, the Bucs now have backups at both guard positions for the first time this season.
