WATCH: What UCLA interim coach Tim Skipper said about Ohio State in previewing the game

It feels like we are in the tune-up portion of the Ohio State football season that leads up to “The Game” with Michigan at the end of the regular season. Last week was a tinker game on the road against Purdue, and this week is a contest back at home against a UCLA team that has struggled for most of the season.

The Bruins had such a disappointing beginning to the season that they fired head coach DeShaun Foster, and that means interim head coach Tim Skipper is now wearing the headset and acting as the voice of the program. With that, he met with the media out in Westwood to discuss the upcoming game against Ohio State in his weekly press conference.

We like to keep an eye on what the opposing coaches say both before and after they step on the field to do battle against the Buckeyes, and so we have Skipper’s complete Ohio State preview press conference for your listening and viewing pleasure in case you missed any of his comments.

In it, Skipper talks about the challenge of facing OSU, how well-coached and complementary the Buckeyes players are, the talent on the squad, and more.

Ohio State and UCLA are set to kick off as a night game (rejoice!) at 7:30 p.m. ET. We’ll have more leading up to the game, during the game, and of course, after.
