Texas A&M star RB details his recovery and eventual return in 'The Pulse'

After defeating Missouri 38-17 last Saturday, Texas A&M (9-0, 6-0 SEC) remains undefeated heading into Week 12, as the Aggies return to Kyle Field for the first time in over a month to host South Carolina (3-6, 1-6 SEC) for an early 11:00 a.m. kickoff on Saturday afternoon.

On Wednesday, the initial SEC Availability Report revealed that linebacker Scooby Williams and safety Dalton Brooks would miss their second consecutive game, while senior running back Le’Veon Moss, who hasn’t played since injuring his ankle during the Aggies’ 34-17 win over Florida, which also happens to be Texas A&M’s last game in Kyle Field.

Moss, who suffered a torn MCL and ACL late last season, has been taking his current ailment in stride, looking to return during the regular season, and according to head coach Mike Elko, the Louisiana native has made significant strides and could get back on the field during the regular season finale vs. No. 10 Texas.

On Wednesday, Texas A&M’s Emmy-winning program “The Pulse” released its latest episode detailing the Aggies’ blowout win over Missouri, featuring a revealing clip of Le’Veon Moss in front of the camera discussing his injury and stating he’s going through the recovery process “day by day.”

AHC and RB coach Trooper Taylor also revealed that Moss has been locked into every meeting, preparing as if he’s playing each week, which isn’t surprising for those of us who have watched his progress over the last three seasons. Whenever Moss returns, this will only boost Texas A&M’s postseason potential.
