Michigan State secured a big commitment from linebacker Adam Shaw, flipping him from a prior commitment to Rutgers.
A 6-foot-3, 205 pound linebacker that is a standout at Pascack Valley High School in Hillsdale, New Jersey, Shaw is a legacy of Michigan State. He is a highly rated 3-star prospect, ranking as the No. 56 linebacker in the country according to 247Sports.
Following the coaching change at Michigan State, firing Jonathan Smith, it makes recruits have to make a big decision on their futures. Shaw has made that decision.
Shaw reaffirmed his commitment to Michigan State, sharing he is staying committed to joining the Spartans football program.
Staying committed to Michigan State. Thankful for everything Coach Jonathan Smith did for me—wishing him nothing but the best. Ready to represent Spartan Nation. 💚 #GoGreen#SD4Lpic.twitter.com/rBhZY8NQcQ
