Add in Beauchamp’s 24 points in a win Friday over the same Nicaraguan team, and his 50 points over the two contests indeed are a new USA Cup qualifier record. He added nine 3s in the two games. “Yeah, he’s gonna be in the NBA at some point, whether it’s tomorrow or later this year,” Stephen Silas, the coach for the USA Cup qualifying team, said.
