Four Jacksonville Jaguars players did not participate in Wednesday’s Week 14 practice.
Among those players was defensive end Travon Walker. In the Jaguars‘ Week 11 game against the LA Chargers, Walker suffered a knee injury. He has missed the last two games and is yet to return to practice.
In his absence, Dennis Gardeck has taken on a larger role at defensive end while BJ Green, Danny Striggow, and Emmanuel Ogbah filled rotational roles.
Also not practicing were Parker Washington (hip) and Walker Little (concussion). Both players exited the game against Tennessee.
Andrew Wingard (concussion) was the other non-participant.
In total, the Jaguars had 14 players on the first injury report of the week. The following players were all limited:
- Arik Armstead (hand)
- Logan Cooke (shoulder)
- Chuma Edoga (calf)
- Devin Lloyd (chest)
- Ross Matiscik (back)
- Patrick Mekari (concussion)
- Foye Oluokun (hamstring)
- Danny Striggow (knee)
Armstead did not play on Sunday after being a late addition to the injury report. Edoga and Mekari were ruled out beforehand as well.
Jourdan Lewis (neck) and Eric Murray (neck) were both full participants. After missing several games, Lewis returned against the Titans.
Murray was designated to return to practice last week after missing four games on injured reserve. This is his first time being a full participant in practice.
