Lady Vols sign All-Sun Belt transfer

Tennessee volleyball and head coach Eve Rackham Watt signed a three-time All-Sun Belt transfer Jalyn Stout from Coastal Carolina.

She was a two-time AVCA Southeast All-Region First-Team performer. Stout finished the 2025 season with 345 kills, 457 assists, 330 digs, 66 blocks and 29 service aces. She was the only NCAA Division I player with at least 3.0 kills, 4.0 assists and 3.0 digs per set during the 2025 season. Stout also recorded 12 triple-doubles last season and owns a career record for triple-doubles (46).

She has started 87 matches in her collegiate career. The transfer has recorded 1,112 kills, 1,545 assists, 1,041 digs, 142 blocks and 91 aces. She is the only player in Sun Belt Conference history to have over 1,000 career kills, assists and digs.

Stout finished with 10-plus kills in 62 matches and recorded 20 or more assists in 30 contests.

In 2023, she helped Coastal Carolina make its first NCAA Tournament appearances since 2017.
